Our A2/A2 Jerseys produce a delicious, creamy milk. Their diet is 90 percent grass fed and they get a little grain in the barn at milking time. Our cow’s milk produces a beautiful cream line. We collect and sell the cream in pint and quart size bottles. Our customers enjoy using it in their coffee, making butter, and homemade ice cream.
